ISAPN Announces Mary Franks as New West Central Region Chair

The ISAPN Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Franks as the new West Central Region Chair, filling the vacancy left by Doug McKain's recent departure. Mary is a highly experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a strong background in family medicine and primary care. She earned her DNP from SIUE and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mary has served diverse patient populations across various healthcare settings, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and community health. Her leadership experience includes roles in clinical practice management and healthcare education, where she has mentored emerging healthcare professionals. We extend our gratitude to Doug for his dedication and service to APRNs in the West Central region and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
