ISAPN Annual Awards - Call for Nominations

Dear ISAPN Members,

We are excited to announce the call for nominations for the prestigious ISAPN Annual Awards, celebrating exceptional achievements and contributions by our members in the advanced practice nursing field. This is an incredible opportunity to recognize those who have not only excelled in their roles but have also significantly influenced the advancement of our profession.

Awards to be Presented:

  1. Marie Lindsey Spirit of Advanced Practice Nursing Award
  2. Julie Adkins Member of the Year Award

Nomination Deadline: All nominations must be received by August 31, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nominees must be active ISAPN members in good standing.

Julie Adkins Member of the Year Award Criteria:

  • Serves as a role model for APRNs within ISAPN.
  • Active participation on the board and/or committees.
  • Innovative contributions that have significantly advanced the goals of ISAPN.
  • Demonstrated leadership within the organization.

Marie Lindsey Spirit Award Criteria:

  • Exemplifies excellence and serves as a role model for other APRNs.
  • Significant contributions towards improving patient care.
  • Creative and effective approach to addressing advanced practice nursing issues.
  • Application of current evidence-based practices to enhance quality of care.

Award Ceremony: The recipients of these prestigious awards will be honored at our Annual Meeting scheduled for October 19, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lisle Naperville.

Why Nominate? Nominating a peer not only celebrates their dedication and achievements but also highlights the vital role of APRNs in healthcare. Recognizing outstanding members encourages continued excellence and leadership, which is crucial for career advancement and inspiring the next generation of APRNs.
